The external parts of a computer are the monitor, the keyboard and the mouse. If you use a printer, you can name the printer as well. And also, this is the case of a scanner. Or perhaps of an external hard drive. Anyway, let’s focus only on the monitor, keyboard and mouse when we are saying external components of a computer. And when we say “computer”, we mean of course a desktop computer, because the laptops come with the monitor already included in the computer, if I can say this. And the keyboard is alread included as well. The mouse is replaced with a touchpad or trackpad.
